Package price increase - existing customer

Over the last couple of months my usual bill was increased by £90 in July, corrected to £80ish in August but has now gone back up to £127 in September.  I've been a customer for some now but there doesn't seem to be any offers for existing customers to address this.

if I sign up for the equivalent package as a new customer I can get the same package for £81 and still cheaper even when the intro offer comes to an end. Any suggestions? Don't want to leave but this is a significant increase over a year. Thanks :-)

When was the last time you renegotiated your contract?

All the offers for new customers are open to existing customers, with the exception of the initial 6 month reduction. So if you want one of these packages then go for it. If you are ringing up then contact Retentions & not Sales (Option 4 then 5 from the main menu). They may be able to offer you something even better than whats on the website.
