Is there a problem with channel 123 (Pick) as mine as not been working for some time .I have report this but just keep getting different email on fix time and now it has been fixed I still cannot get it. I have V+BOX
Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your TV service lately.
I've located your account to run some tests on the set op box and we're not detecting any major errors, I've also taken a look at the channel on the TV in the office and it's working fine here.
What error are you seeing when you try to view the channel?
