Online light blinking on V+ box

The online light is continually blinking on my v+ box. 

My primary box is fine and internet connection is strong. 

Any suggestions?

Your upstream connection to Virgin servers is not working. This could be an area fault, a problem with your signal levels to that box, or a box fault. Check the service status link above for area faults. If nothing shows ring 150.

V+ boxes don't connect to the internet. Everything on them is driven from the cable TV streams.
