Online engineer booking

My TV box is not working. Just waited for 17 minutes on hold to book an engineer only to hear "the other person has cleared". Great I'll waste another 20 minutes on hold. Can I get a new box posted out or book an engineer online? The box is completely dead. I have tried the online tests, the blue Samsung light flickers for a second when powered on. It would save us all a lot of time if a new one is posted out.
