Twice now I have tried to place an order for Virgin TV online.
I already have Virgin Broadband so I've gone in to MyVirgin account and added the TV package that's about £13 to my services.
I get the initial email which shows my delivery date for the TV box for self installation. The email says that Virgin will email me to confirm that date within 48 hours.
Both times now I receive another email from the Virgin Webteam saying that they cannot help with my order. The order the disappears off my account and I don't receive anything (I've not been charged for anything either).
I'm going to ring to try and order it over the phone but I was just curious as to why I couldn't do it online.
