One For All Remote Control

Hi,

I am trying to use a One For All URC-7120 remote control with my Explorer 4000DVB box (formerly Telewest), does anyone have the correct code - neither the automatic set-up nor the codes provided with the remote for Telewest/Virgin Media/Scientific Atlanta work and I have not been able to do a manual set-up.

Hope someone can help.

Regards

Edwin

Re: One For All Remote Control

Hi Collette,

Thanks for the response.  Unfortunately I am trying to programme a new remote to operate the digibox so the codes do not help.  I have tried using the Virgin remote to control the TV but this changes channel rather than controlling volume ...

Regards

Edwin

Re: One For All Remote Control

Did the OneForAll come with any suggested codes for Virgin boxes at all? When I abandoned my collection of remotes in favour of OFA, the TiVo responded to one of the auto codes that OFA suggested.

If not, I'll dig out the codelist that came with my OFA - or you could also try the "find your setup code" link at http://www.oneforall.co.uk/support/
