On demand.

Since I joined up with Virgin on the 17th December last year my services have never fully worked, why am I paying for something that doesn't work!!!!!!!

I hope this has been resolved for you now but if not please let me know what programs you're having a problem watching.

 

I'll also need to know what On Demand channel they're from and whether there's any error message.
