Welcome to the Community, sorry to learn about the problems you've been experiencing with your service lately.
I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the box from our end, we're not detecting any issues at the moment and your TiVo is reporting as all OK.
I hope that means that things are working as they should at the moment, if that's not the case just let me know and I'll do what I can to help to get this resolved
