I have had No On Demand for 3 days .....Also no catch up T.V
Apparetly it is temporarily unavailable
I wonder how many days ... **temporarily unavailable**means
The quicker i get rid of this lot the better !
Welcome to the Community, I'm really sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your On Demand service at the moment.
I've been able to locate your account to run some tests on the set top box from our end, we're not seeing any problems in your local area but I can see some errors being reported by your box.
As a result, I'd like to arrange for a member of the team to come and take a closer look, if you're available?
