On demand not working

since Christmas we have had 

  • no catch up
  • no on demand
  • cannot record
  • no channel guide
  • all channels say "to be confirmed"
  • had at least 6 technicians out during this time frame

virgin contacted more times than I can remember customer service is most unhelpful we currently have a very substandard service but are expected to pay the full amount each month.

Next step is after being a loyal customer for about 25 years we shall take our custom to Sky.

No its not been solved yet apparently no fix date as of yesterday. Contract up end of march so will be moving to another provider
