On demand not working

Hi , my on demand service has not been working for days . . .
Is an one else experiencing a similar issues ?

Hi Josh ,

Thanks for getting back to me . When I'm trying to get a film it just keeps coming up with a message to say that On
Demand isn't available.

Additionally our broadband keeps dropping out and the menus on the TV screen are often freezing , or very slow.

Thanks for getting back to me!

 

I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and I can see an issue with the signal levels coming into your house.

 

I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange for a technician to manually adjust the levels and get everything going again!
