On demand not working.

Have reported a fault and engineer is coming on Weds. Can I get a refund on the film, Pride Prejudice and Zombies?

 I was half way through watching and it died!

Never mind, it's miraculously working again.

Can an admin cancel my Weds appointment please.

You can do this yourself online - log into the "My VirginMedia" account section, and choose "my technician appointments" to view, cancel or amend them. I can't recall the exact order of which page to follow, but it's fairly obvious when you login.
