I have carried out some checks with the box remotely and I am unable to get a full reading. Can you please let me know if the box is currently turned on? Also can you please advise if the error message gave a number to quote? Usually a 4 digit code at the end of the message.
This will help me pin point what's causing the fault and allow me to check this further. I look forward to hearing from you.
