We keep having problems when trying to want a program on catch up (on demand service) the programs runs for anything from a minute to 10 minutes before crashing. We then have to unplug the set top box, wait for it to reboot and then try again, but the same problem keeps happening.
I've check all cables, connectors and everything seems OK. Anybody have any ideas?

I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the box from our end, we're seeing some problems being detected with the signal and I'd like to arrange for an engineer to come and take a closer look, if you're available?
