I am so sorry to read about the On Demand issue you've experienced, I've been able to determine the fault after running some tests.
You're SNR levels on the TV services aren't working as they should be and would need looking into from one of our engineers. I've sent you a 'Private Message'. You can find this at the top right of the page, purple envelope
