On demand error 405

Another film interrupted half way through with error code 405. Last time we rang up we were just told demand too high in area. It's Happened again tonight but too late to get through on the phone, so frustrating Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi, same thing happened to me - and very annoyed that the website says the lines are open until 12 which they clearly weren't! I'm going to have to call virgin tomorrow and see what they say. It's a far from good service. Sorry I can't help but I just thought it's helpful even to know the problem you're having is shared by others!

Thanks for letting us know about this and I'm sorry to learn that you've both been experiencing issues with the On Demand.

 

Are you still seeing this error code and if so what programs/films are you trying to watch?

Another on demand film ruined by an error 405 alongside this with pixelation on previous movies. So disappointed in Virgin Media, can't wait for the contract to terminate.
