Another film interrupted half way through with error code 405. Last time we rang up we were just told demand too high in area. It's Happened again tonight but too late to get through on the phone, so frustrating Anyone else experiencing this?
Hi, same thing happened to me - and very annoyed that the website says the lines are open until 12 which they clearly weren't! I'm going to have to call virgin tomorrow and see what they say. It's a far from good service. Sorry I can't help but I just thought it's helpful even to know the problem you're having is shared by others!
Been with virgin for 13 months . Upgraded to 200mb b/band and v6 box this month . Tried to watch on demand film yeterday 2pm afternoon .got half way then froze kicked me out with error 405 . Tried again later 8pm. Got 20 mins further .very frustrating. Didn't happen in first 12 months .
