I have just joined. Virgin and have read the history of this issue. I also have it. Can somebody advise if this is being corrected.
Fix? Not in our lifetime, along with the ever slowing TIVO box and lack of missing HD content for On Demand inc the films on being shown on SkyMovies on demand.
The 319 error is a general message that can pop up in a few different situations, we're aware and working on an issue where it's affecting a few platforms and are working hard to get this resolved.
I'd expect this to improve very soon, are you having problems with all On Demand content or anything in particular?

Been getting the same 319 message for 14 days . That's 2 weeks too long . I'm gonna do the unthinkable and ruin my house with a Sky dish

The fault has been raised up under reference: F004840373
This is affecting On Demand and Catch Up content for Channel 4 and Sky.
Our engineers are already on the case and are working to fix the issue.

Yep back again it is almost unuseable service sky is going to have to be through my now box or poxy dish if sky brought out a super now box that would be me and my 4 tivos gone
