On demand error 319 2 days now

What is going on?

I pay over £115 pm in advance for a FULL service and still we cannot use on demand.

Any idea as to when this will be fixed AND how much of a partial refund can I expect!

Hi barmyarmy66,

I'm sorry that you are experiencing a problem with your On Demand service and that it's been ongoing for so long. 

I'd like to take more information on this, as I can see that we have quite a few posts about this same issue on the Forum at the moment. That way I can get in touch with our faults team for an update on this.

  • Is this happening on your TiVo or V+ box/HD box?
  • Can you let me know if you are getting this error on all On Demand programmes, or just one specific show?
  • On the programme(s) that you are getting the error on, was the show broadcast on live TV that same day? And if you retry to view this same programme at a later time, do you get the error again?
  • If you reboot your box, do you get the same error?
  • Has this only been affecting your On Demand content for the last 6 days?

Hi

To answer your questions

1. Both boxes
2. Every single sky movie in HD on demand
3. No set times or days just constant error
4. Lost count how many times we reboot
5. Nope. HD films have not been available on demand since upgrade to tivo software. SD play fine but this error makes ALL HD films unavailable to watch on demand or via bookmarks.

Any news on when we will be able to watch HD on demand movies from a paid for (IN ADVANCE) service?!

Your status page is funnier than UK Gold.

Gone from fix expected 10.10.16 to 14.10.16 and now showing 17.10.16.

There is an old Hungarian proverb...

Give the mice the keys to the cheese shop and 2 things are certain...

Thank you for coming back so soon and posting Smiley Happy

 

All of that information is really helpful and with no issues found on the box from here. We have removed quite a bit of HD as we're going through a time of reevaluating the content itself. 

 

As for the 319 error message, this is something we're aware of and are working to upload all the right content soon.

I see the status page now states 17.11.16?!

What on earth is going on and more importantly how are you going to compensate misguided, loyal customers?!

I am now getting an itchy finger on my cancel DD page!
