I have carried out some checks however, the box is showing 'offline' right now. Can you please let me know if the box was turned off or on at the time of this post? Once confirmed I can help further.

I have re-checked the box and it is still showing as 'offline' so it looks like this will be due to the fault you're experiencing.
I will arrange for an engineer to call round and get this fixed for you. I will pop all the details in a private message for you, look for the purple envelope icon above.
