On Demnad and catchup tv

It apears that the on demand and catchup service is unavailable again. When selecting the service, there is just a moment message on screen and then everything freezes. The only recourse is to reboot the box to return to normal tv service. This should not be the kind of service provided by a tv provider considering the amount of money I pay for it.

Thanks for posting in the community.

 

I have checked the signals to your Virgin box and I can see there are some problems here so what I would like to do is to arrange for a technician to take a closer look.

 

I'm just going to send you a private message with appointment times which you will find if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen.
