On Demand

On Demand services have not been working for 4 days, customer services keep changing the story. Can anyone help?

Slow to answer on here sometimes so if you want an answer i'd give them a ring. Have you checked service status on the VM website?

We were experiencing some problems with these services around the time you've posted but this has since been resolved. My sincere apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you.
