On Demand still not working 2 WEEKS NOW

Just to update as no at Virgin seems to care my on demand is now not been working for two weeks ivr been watching LUCKY MAN ON BOX SETS AIVE REALLY ENJOYED BUT ITS NOW TWO WEEKS THAT I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO WATCH THE LAST FEW EPISODES.
NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE WHOLE SORRY PACKAGE FULL.OF NO HOPE NO HELP AND NO CHANCE.
