How do you inform Virginmedia of problems? I came across an On Demand show that had the wrong content. However, "Virgin Chat" is as useless as a toilet paper umbrella as it is always "unavailable" or "busy". I don't want to phone them as this is time consuming and seems a trivial thing to report via phone. All other "contact" is just a list of crap that doesn't address the problem.
With all the competition for media delivery, I'm surprised they are getting worse at delivering it. Maybe it's cheaper/easier to buy box sets and dump VM?
