I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble using our On Demand service, I'll be happy to look at this for you.
I have had a look at your box remotely and there is an issue with the downstream power level at present. Can you please power off/on the box to refresh and let me know if this has helped resolve the error you are getting?
And also, if you wouldn't mind letting me know more about the error you're getting that would be super. Does the error give you a number to quote?
