I have been trying to use my TV Catch Up service for 4 days now without success. I keep getting a message saying that the service is temporarily unavailable and to try again in a few minutes. Code 319.
I have tried again up to an hour later. I have also tried rebooting my box but still have the same problem. Additionally when I do a service check for the box no problems are found. It is really annoying as the programme I wish to watch is only available until 10pm tonight! I have tried to chat online and phone virgin but no agents are available to chat with me without waiting in a lengthy queue! This is all the more galling as I have just received a letter from Virgin to say they are increasing my monthly cost. More money for a rubbish service! Does anyone have any suggestions?
