I've only just joined Virgin a week ago and I'm yet to have a working in On Demand Service. Until yesterday there was a status message explaining that customers were getting this 319 message when trying to access On Demand but as of this morning, that has gone but my service still hasn't returned. I have restarted my TIVO box and run a test which came back with no issues. I cannot access any catch up/on demand material.
So far, Virgin is making me want to return to SKY!!
Please advise and better still, refund me for the loss of service and fix my problem.
