On Demand down again ?

One again on demand is down again, this time trying to watch Sharpe s2 for the last 3 days without success - what is the problem ??

What did the Faults team say when you talked to them?

You'll get an immediate response if you give them a ring on 150 [VM phone] / 0345 454 1111 [non-VM phone] (from 08:00 until midnight, every day), or use the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page to initiate a live chat (from 08:00 until 20:00, Monday to Friday. 09:00 until 17:00 Saturday).

This is primarily a user community forum and while the VM Forum Team do endeavour to read and, where appropriate, respond to every thread, it can take them from a few days to a couple of weeks to wade through the volume of posts. So for an technical issue, which this seems to be, your best line of inquiry is through the Faults team via the methods above.

still down 19:56 16/01/2016...... anyone from virgin about who can advise ???? I would phone 150 but my phone is not working either

I cant speak to the team because my virgin phone is faulty but they are coming to fix it tomorrow I'll call them then thanks for the advice

Sorry to learn about the problems with your service lately, I hope the engineer you had out last week resolved the issues with your phone?

 

As for the On Demand, I've been able to take a look and run some tests on the set top box from our end for you. We're not seeing any individual problems but there is an outage in your area causing intermittent service to your On Demand service (Reference F004997607). We're working hard to get this issue resolved and expect progress to be made by tomorrow.

 

It's worth mentioning that this will only affect the service intermittently, so if you're not been able to access the On Demand platform at all, it's likely not the same thing that's causing the issues.

phone is working now  but on demand is still intermittantly failing hope its back soon

phone has gone again and on demand is still down..maybe this is normal , I dont think so. It seems Virgin have difficulty solving intermittent faults. Ill ring them from my BT land line which always works

tried the service test on my phone today and it once again gets stuck at 99% and does not complete has anyone else found a problem with this I would call 150 but my phone is still faulty
