On Demand down again!

My On Demand Service has been down for a week (error code 319). Service Status said estimated fix date was yesterday and now the VM website is down for maintenance so I can't check.

Queues are massive on the phones.

Is there a procedure for issues such as this and lack of service?

I have had the same error code for over a week now. service status said it would be fixed at 4pm today. now it's 9:39pm and it still isn't working. service status now says 4pm tomorrow. what's the guessing it still won't be working and the date will have been changed again. Not impressed

Hi linz

 

I'm sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your On Demand service at the moment.

 

We're aware of an issue with content from Channel 4 and Sky giving the 319 error message, are you trying to watch something from those content providers?

 

If not, let me know and I'll arrange to run some tests on the set top box from our end for you. Apologies again for the inconvenience caused.
