Unable to watch BBC The Apprentice, The Coroner or Masterchef Professionals On Demand. Have encountered issues with the On Demand service not working at the weekend but surprised that problems have now started midweek.

I've run some checks on your set top box, and can see that there are errors with the downstream power levels, and also there are some errors being reported by the box. So I'd like to look into booking a technician to call out and investigate further for you.
