Hi, I've been getting error 6096 when trying to use the On Demand service for a month now. Any help appreciated

I am very sorry to read about the On Demand error and wold love to help. I have been into the TiVo and can see that the services are running well, which is great news
I was able to test other services and any broadband you have may be experiencing some issues and I would like to arrange an engineer to come out and take a look at both in case.
