On Demand Error 319

I'm constantly getting the error message 319 and cannot watch any on Demand programmes.  Service status isn't reporting any problems and I cannot chat to the Helpdesk as it is constantly busy!!  This problem has been ongoing for several weeks and I'm getting somewhat miffed.  I have tried the troubleshooting suggestions.....

 

When I run a test. It freezes at 99%.  Any help out there?

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with your On Demand service.

This is a known issue that our technicians are still working on due to the complexities of the fault.

If you are getting the Error 319 when trying to view On Demand programmes that have just been aired live or broadcast for the first time, please retry again later.

We apologise for the inconvenience this ongoing issue causes.

If you are continuously getting Error 319, please let me know and I can look into this.
