ON Demand not working

Hi there ,  I have an additional Virgin Media box in my sons bedroom and he has advised me that On-Demand is not working and that has not for at least 2 weeks, there is an error code Ref 1033 any help would be appreciated.

Hi there Weebully, 

 

 

I'm really sorry to hear that you the set top box in your Son's bedroom has not been allowing him to use any of the On Demand services lately. 

 

I've run some testing and can see an issue which will need a technician to call out and investigate, so I'll send you a private message in order to get this arranged.

yet another c133 fault no on demand Netflix etc this is getting beyond the joke now. They are quick to demand money wish they were as quick to rectify their faults.
