For over a month now we have had the same message from yourselves we are sorry to people in the LU6 1DY area that you are having problems with your TV service???? we have NO ON DEMAND NO CATCH UP and your still charging full price you say your engineers are working hard to fix this is this really true or is the truth you don't give a damn
Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you've been left without a Catch Up and On Demand service. We're also sorry that it's taken us so long to reach your post. We've been a little behind lately and are playing catch up.
Checking the account I can see since posting you have called in and have now renegotiated a new package and monthly cost. This is great and I hope you enjoy it.
With regards to the On Demand and Catch Up, are you still having an issue receiving this? If so pop back and let us know so we can look further in to this for you.
