No wifi

I have had no wifi from 4pm this afternoon and restricted tv no netflix, on demand services I have restarted all and checked my online status but yet says no service fault? The tv comes up with an error fault c130

sounds like you have no internet, not just no wifi.

Just to confirm do wired connections work however sounds like everything is down.

prob best to give customer services a call... here it will take around 1-2 weeks for a member of Virgin staff to get to this thread.

It could be a local area fault that just hasn't been reported yet.

Yeah no internet, all cables look to be working fine, I have to just no online services thanks will give them a call
