No tv service again in SW17

Can someone please tell me why I have no television service again for the 14th night running in Sw17?? The telephone helpline is not helpful as it is not fixing the problem and I would now like a refund for the lack of service and disruption for the last month. Come on Virgin sort it out!!!!

I'm really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your services.

 

I've located your account and I can an issue with the network affecting interactive services and broadband, although this wouldn't cause a total loss of service.
