Have you tried the service status page to see if there are any known issues in your area?

My setup: Vivid 200 Optical fibre with Superhub 2 in modem mode connected to a Netgear R7000 router. Telewest/VM user since 2001.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community. 

 

Apologies to hear you've been left without a TV and Broadband service. 

 

Looking at your account, there does seem to be a fault affecting you. The reference for this is: F004863652.

 

Over the next few days you may find your services are rather intermittent whilst we fix things completely. The estimated fix date is currently the 14th November. 

 

Other than this fault, everything else is looking great so you shouldn't have any further issues Smiley Happy
