No signal issue on V+box

Hi - The issue is with the V+box up stairs (the TIVO box downstairs is working fine) which started a couples of weeks ago where the channels started to break up and pixelate and then I started to get no signal message on the TV so I would have to restart the box each time. I checked the cables but now when we watch TV we keep losing signal every 5 mins and get a message saying your service is restarting. I spoke to an agent last night who said there is no problem with the service, but there clearly is somewhere. Can I book for an engineer to come out and look?

Thanks Josh .... Just to let you know the technician came out and said the box was faulty and replaced it. All working ok again now.
