No service

Yet again no tv no phone no broard band service down again automated fault service say every thing working fine I HAVE NO TV NO PHONE NO BROADBAND SERVIVE SO HOW CAN IT FINE this is the second time in 3days my friends in the same street have same problem I pay for a top package and get crap service sort it out virgin media or ofcom will investigate

If the fault service does not see the problem then it may be more localised. Have you reported it to VM? Ofcom will not be interested until VM have attempted to address the problem.

Nice to be able to post again, after their mistake (removed by the Censorship team).
