No service

Happy New Year!
Has anyone else got no tv or broadband this morning? Apparently there's no fault so have to wait until Wednesday for an engineer! Seems strange they both pack up overnight!

Indeed. L21 area 01 ALL Virginmedia Services went down just before 8pm yesterday first the fault was due to be fixed at 21:40 then 01:40am now says tonight at 20:00 never had a problem with Sky only been a customer for 3 months had wifi disconnecting now tv down. Fortunately still can watch the free view channels on sky box so kids weren't disappointed NYE . If this continues in our 12 month period will buy out early and find new provider .
