No programme information

Hi, I have no programme information coming up on any of the channels, tried switching it off and on again to see if it reboots, but still nothing. The box up stairs in the house is ok, it's just the TiVo box downstairs. So can't record. Any ideas ????

Give them a ring - you probably have a dead box or signal issues.
