No on demand

Hi having problems with virgin + on demand not working been like it all week have ran the diagnostic check on line but it's not coming back with anything and no known issues in the area?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your On Demand.

 

I have been able to locate your account to send a signal to your box so I would just like to check whether you're still unable to access your On Demand. If not what is the message you're seeing?
