No no on demand or interactive grrrr

Hi help I have rung Virgin all week message says problem with channels in my area then
Can't get through to sort my TV out. I rang today several times to get silence after pressing numbers re TV faults I rang pressed numbers for mobile phone😜 lovely man put me on hold to transfer got cut off gggggrrrrrr. It was just freezing when I went on to on demand I have unplugged so many times I took card out cleaned it now saying fault 1033 on interactive and in demand driving me nuts 😡o only joined forum to get help please someone help me no joy with Virgin thank you didn't realise how
Much I used on demand missed loads of programmes had probl ten days stuck in
Bed unwell
