Just set up our third V+ box having had it left dormant for several months. Customer service has resent all the codes etc to get my channels up and running but the search, catch up and interactive services are all coming up with error code 1021 when trying to access.
Guess the box has missed software fixes during the months its been out of commision.
If the Online indicator is Flashing or Off, then there is no upstream connection to the network (ie. your box cannot talk to the equipment at the other end). This is why your Interactive functions dont work. You will need call customer services again to get this looked at..
