No guide

I had a new TV box installed this week. I still have no information in the guide and when I run a network connect to the virgin server I get a service not available error. Any tips

the h3xx what type of box is it tivo or vplus if its tivo the box needs to settle after engineer is installed it is it tv guide or home page if its tv guide the channels on the info wouldnt have come through yet it takes time to connect properly if you still have issues ring 150 to do a check or any forum member team they will help you further jonni

Fixed now, a network fault required a line card swap so the area was without some services for 2 weeks. Fixed today
