No device changes remaining

Hi

 

I'm trying to register my new pc in Virgin anywhere but I'm told I've no device changes remaining this month.  I haven't changed a device in about 6 months so how come I can't do so now?

Hi funksucker,

You are only permitted to make one device change per month, if you currently have 2 devices registered you will need to remove one and then add the new one.

Have you removed a device first before adding your new pc?

Hi Andy

 

Yes I removed my old pc but it won't let me add another.  I should mention that something weird happened last week where I was notified that I'd changed my password when I hadn't, meaning I couldn't sign into my account.  Managed to sort it out.  Maybe that has something to do with this problem?

Hmmm strange, have you checked your registered devices and just shows as only one registered at the moment?

Not sure what you mean.  The site says only my phone is registered since I deleted my old pc

If you look on your device registration page does it show your new pc and your phone?

All working fine on both devices now Andy.  I installed the latest flash player & that seemed to allow me to register my new pc.
