No Wifi & C130 error

Hey everyone. My TiVo box is saying a lovely message C130 which is stopping me from watching TV and I've not got any internet. My wifi says it's on but won't load any web pages. Has anyone else encountered this? I've done the usual reboots etc

If you go to 192.168.0.1 do not log in, and click on 'check router status'

what does it tell you?

I've located your account and I can see an issue with the network in your area was the cause of the faults. I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and everything is looking great now.
