No TV Service

Good Afternoon,

We had a big storm in the south east a couple of days back and since then our virgin box has not been working. It is now working with all buttons on and remote being responsive. The trouble is we still have 'no signal' from the box to the TV. I have swapped over the HDMI cable and checked the virgin box outside. All seems fine but just cannot get a picture or sound through.

Any help would be much appreciated Smiley Happy

I'm sorry to hear that your TV service hasn't been working the last few days.  I can see you have an engineer booked to call round and get this fixed for you which is great to see.
