Hi, We have had no catchup or On Demand for a few days, I thought it was just virgin upgrading etc...Still not working.... Have tried checking service status , but no faults found.
Anyone offer any help ???

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with On Demand.
What happens when you try and access the On Demand content? Do you get an error code/ message on screen? Does the issue only affect certain programs or does it affect all?
