New v+hd box

Evening,
Can I have a new v+ hd box sent out please as it keeps coming up with ld:01 and 04 messages.
I rang up a few days ago and was advised to turn the mains off for 30 seconds which initially worked but now that doesn't.
I can return the broken box also.

If the coax cable is in tight (loose cables can cause the boot sequence to stall at Ld:40), then a replacement is the likely outcome.

You won't get a new box, as the only V+ units available now are refubished. You also will not need to return the old one. It can be taken to a local recycling centre.
