New tv has voice/lip sync problems with old virgin box Samsung HD+
Bought my hubby a brand new tv. He set it up on Friday and all goes well .....for an hour then the voice/lip sync is 1-2 seconds out and it's really annoying. Is this because the box is old (approximately 6 years) or is it the new tv at fault? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated x

Sorry to hear about the problems with your sound being out of sync at the moment.
Was this working well with the last TV? Are you using any surround sound or separate audio equipment? Is the TV a smart TV? If so, there could be a firmware update available for it. Lastly, how are you connecting the set top box to the TV?
